<li>125 gr gula pasir</li>

<li>100 gr pisang ambon, haluskan</li>
<li>100 gr margarin, kocok hingga halus</li>
<li>Pasta cokelat secukupnya</li>
<li>Selai cokelat secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color:#008000;"><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga lembut dan putih. Masukkan kocokan margarin, tambahkan tepung terigu dan pisang ambon, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Ambil 1/5 bagian adonan cake, tambahkan dengan pasta cokelat, aduk rata. Tuang sebagian adonan putih ke dalam loyang, kemudian yang cokelat. Putar-putar adonan memakai tusukan sate, hingga membentuk pola marmer.</li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit atau sampai matang.</li>
<li>Keluarkan cake dari oven lalu oles dengan selai cokelat, gulung memakai alas serbet dan padatkan.</li>
<li>Potong menurut selera.</li>

<ol>
<li>Kocok telur, gula, dan cake emulsifier sampai mengembang, masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang roombuter cair, aduk rata. Siapkan loyang ukuran 26 cm alasi dengan kertas roti, olesi mentega.</li>
<li>Tuang adonan lalu panggang sampai matang. Setelah matang angkat, dinginkan. Olesi dasar kue dengan ragoutnya, lalu gulung.</li>
<li>Cara membuat Ragout : Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah sampai harum baunya, masukkan tepung terigu, susu cair, garam, aduk rata, YOKO SARDINES, kacang polong, daun seledri, oregano, merica, terakhir keju untuk ditaburkan diatas ragout.</li>

<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;"><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok mentega dan gula pasir hingga lembut dan berwarna pucat.</li>
<li>Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil kocok terus hingga rata dan gula larut. Tambahkan essens nanas dan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang ukuran 26x 39&#215;2 cm yang sudah dialas kertas roti bersemir margarin dan ditaburi tepung terigu, ratakan.</li>
<li>Panggang bolu dalam oven panas bersuhu 180 derajat Celcius selama 20 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat, keluarkan bolu dari loyang.</li>
<li>Taruh bolu beralas kertas roti di atas serbet lembab. Olesi bolu dengan selai nanas hingga rata, gulung sambil dipadatkan. Biarkan dingin.</li>
<li>Potong-potong bolu, taburi keju parut.</li>

<p><strong>Bahan :</strong></p>

<li> 16 kuning telur ayam</li>

<li>250 gr gula pasir halus</li>
<li>1/2 sdt vanili bubuk</li>
<li>250 gr mentega</li>
<li>100 gr margarin</li>
<li>2 sdm susu bubuk</li>
<li>2 sdm cokelat pasta</li>
<li>250 gr cokelat masak (darkcooking chocolate) serut untukhiasan</li>
<li>100 gr manisan ceri merah, untuk hiasan</li>
</ul>
<p>Ayak :</p>
<ul>
<li>175 gr tepung terigu</li>
<li>2 sdm cokelat bubuk</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Krim Olesan :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>kocok rata :200 gr margarin,</li>
<li>50 gr cokelat bubuk300 gr gula pasir halus</li>
<li>50 ml air</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Krim Mentega :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>kocok rata : 250 ml sirup vanili</li>
<li>150 gr margarin</li>
<li>300 gr mentega putih</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok telur bersama gula pasir dan vanili sampai mengembang. Masukkan mentega dan margarin. Kocok rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan susu bubuk, cokelat pasta, dan campuran terigu. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang bergaris tengah 24 cm yang telah dialas kertas roti dan diolesi margarin. Ratakan.</li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven panas bersuhu 180 derajat celcius selama 45 menit, sampai matang. Angkat, lepaskan dari loyang, dinginkan.</li>
<li>Belah kue melintang menjadi 3 bagian.</li>
<li>Olesi satu bagian kue dengan krim olesan. tumpuk dengan bagian kue lainnya. Olesi kembali dengan sisa krim. Tumpuk dengan sisa bagian kue.</li>
<li>Olesi permukaan kue dengan krim mentega. Hias dengan sisa krim mentega, cokelat serut dan ceri. potong-potong, sajikan.</li>

<ul>

<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;"><strong>Larutkan :</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>1 sdm tepung maizena</li>
<li>1 sdm tepung terigu</li>
<li>3 sdm air</li>

<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;"><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Siapkan loyang ukuran 20&#215;38x3 cm. Alasi kertas roti, semir margarin, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan oven 180 derajat Celcius, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Bolu : Kocok kuning telur, putih telur, dan gula pasir hingga pucat, kental dan mengembang.</li>
<li>Masukkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang margarin leleh bertahap sambil diaduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, ratakan.</li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven selama 20 menit hingga matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Angkat.</li>
<li>Keluarkan bolu dari loyang, balik di atas kertas roti bertabur gula bubuk, gulung sambil padatkan, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Ragout : Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna.</li>
<li>Tambahkan wortel, aduk rata. Masak hingga wortel empuk.</li>
<li>Tuang larutan susu dan sisa bahan. Didihkan sambil diaduk-aduk.</li>
<li>Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena, aduk-aduk, didihkan sekali lagi. Angkat.</li>
<li>Penyelesaian : Buka gulungan bolu, ratakan adonan ragout di atasnya. Gulung kembali bolu sambil dipadatkan.</li>
<li>Diamkan selama 30 menit agar bolu dan ragout menyatu.</li>
<li>Buka kertas roti, potong bolu gulung melintang 1 cm. Sajikan.</li>
</ol>

<p>Cara Membuat :</p>
<ol>
<li>Isi : Campur kelapa sangrai, udang, bumbu halus, dan air. Masak diatas api sampai matang. Tambahkan irisan daun jeruk, daun kunyit, garam dan gula. Aduk rata. Dinginkan.</li>
<li>Kukus ketan setengah matang (15 menit). Angkat. Tambahkan santan dan garam. Masak diatas api kecil sambil diaduk sampai terserap. Kukus lagi sampai matang.</li>
<li>Ambil sedikit ketan kukus. Tambahkan isi. Bentuk lonjong dan padatkan. Bungkus dengan daun pisang. Semat kedua ujungnya.</li>
<li>Panggang diatas bara api.</li>
</ol>

<p>Cara Membuat :</p>
<ol>
<li>Lapisan cokelat, campur telur, gula, terigu, dan garam sampai rata.</li>
<li>Kocok mentega dan cokelat bubuk hingga lembut. Masukkan campuran telur sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok rata.</li>
<li>Tuang kedalam loyang 22&#215;22x4 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Lapisan Butterscotch: kocok mentega dan gula palem sampai lembut. Tambahkan telur dan esen vanila sambil dikocok rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan tepung terigu, garam, dan kacang mede cincang. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang adonan diatas lapisan cokelat. Ratakan.</li>
<li>Oven 55 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius sampai matang. Dinginkan.</li>
<li>Frosting : masak gula, mentega dan susu hingga mendidih 2 menit. Matikan api. Masukkkan gula tepung. Aduk hingga lembut dan halus. Siram keatas permukaan brownies. Ratakan.</li>
<li>Lelehkan dark cooking chocolate, chocolate chips , dan mentega putih dengan cara direndam dalam air panas.</li>
<li>Coret-coret diatas permukaan kue yang sudah diberi frosting. Bekukan.</li>
</ol>

180 gr margarin
120 gr gula pasir

1/4 sdt garam
5 butir telur
300 gr pisang ambon matang, dihaluskan
150 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt moka pasta

Cara Membuat :

Kocok margarin, gula pasir, dan selai kacang sampai lembut. Masukkan garam dan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok rata.
Tambahkan pisang, kocok kembali sampai rata.

<p>Cara Membuat :</p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok margarin, gula pasir, dan selai kacang sampai lembut. Masukkan garam dan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan pisang, kocok kembali sampai rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Tuang moka pasta, aduk rata. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang persegi 24 cm tinggi 4 cm yang telah dioles margarin dan dialasi kertas roti.</li>
<li>Oven selama 30 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat Celcius.</li>

<p>4. Butter Cream : kocok margarin dan cream cheese sampai lembut. Masukkan susu kental manis sambil diaduk rata.</p>
<p>5. Oles dipermukaan kue lalu taburkan keju parut.</p>
