<li>1 sdm kecap asin</li>
<li>1 sdm cuka</li>
<li>1 sdm angciu</li>
<li>1 sdm merica halus</li>
<li>1 sdm minyak wijen</li>
<li>1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air</li>
<li>1 liter kaldu ayam</li>
<li>garam secukupnya</li>
<li>1 sdm minya untuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara Membuat :</p>
<ol>
<li>Panaskan minyak,tumis jahe dan cabai merah sampai harum. Tambahkan jamur, rebung dan udang. Aduk sampai berubah warna.</li>
<li>Masukkan kecap manis, angciu, kecap asin, merica, cabai bubuk dan garam, aduk rata. Tuangkan kaldu. Masak sampai mendidih.</li>
<li>Tambahkan tofu dan minyak wijen, aduk-aduk. Tuangkan larutan tepung maizena, aduk sampai mengental. Masukkan cuka, aduk sebentar. Angkat</li>

<li>Bentuk bola-bola ukuran sedang.</li>
<li>Tusuk ditusuk sate masing-masing 3 buah.</li>
<li>Letakkan di loyang yang dialas aluminium foil yang dioles minyak.</li>
<li>Oles dengan bahan olesan.</li>
<li>Panggang 25 menit dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius sampai matang.</li>
</ol>

<li>Saat dioven, oles sate dengan bahan olesan sambil diputar-putar agar bumbu meresap dan matangnya rata.</li>

<li>Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, lalu masukkan daging, aduk dan tuangkan santan. Tambahkan daun jeruk, kapulaga, pekak, asam jawa, cengkeh.</li>
<li>Setelah kuah mengental angkat dan sajikan dengan roti Jala.</li>

50 gr keju cheddar, diparut
2 butir telur, dikocok lepas
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica bubuk

Bahan Paniran :

100 gr tepung roti
2 butir telur, dikocok lepas
minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara Membuat :

Aduk rata ayam giling, keju, telur, garam, merica, dan bawang putih.

<li>4 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan</li>

<p><strong>Bahan Paniran :</strong></p>

<li>2 butir telur, dikocok lepas</li>
<li>minyak untuk menggoreng</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Aduk rata ayam giling, keju, telur, garam, merica, dan bawang putih.</li>
<li>Tuang ke dalam loyang persegi 20 cm yang di oles minyak lalu di alas plastik.</li>
<li>Kukus nugget 20 menit. Angkat. Setelah dingin, potong 2 x 2 cm.</li>
<li>Celupkan potongan nugget ke dalam telur lalu gulingkan di tepung roti. Lakukan dua kali.</li>
<li>Goreng nugget dalam minyak panas sampai matang.</li>
</ol>

<li>5 but ir bawang merah</li>
<li>2 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>1/2 sdt merica</li>

<p><strong>Pelengkap :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bawang putih goreng</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Tumis bumbu halus dengan udang hingga matang, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan 1 liter air hingga mendidih. Masukkan ayam dan daun bawang, rebus hingga ayam matang. Masukkan tumisan udang, jagung, rebung, dan tahu. Aduk hingga mendidih, tambahkan gula, garam, dan Masako. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan putih telur dan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kental. Taburkan bawang putih goreng. Angkat dan sajikan.</li>
