Beberapa ekor ikan mas yang sedang besarnya

Bumbu :

cuka

bawang merah/putih

vetsin
sereh, salam, laos, kunyit sedikit

Cara Membuatnya :

Ikan dibersihkan, dibuang sisiknya dan biarkan sampai lendirnya hilang.
Bumbu-bumbu diiris-iris semuanya lalu campurkan dengan ikan mas tadi. Kemuadian di bungkus dengan daun pisang, lalu dikukus terus menerus 12-20 jam lamanya.

<li>2 sdm irisan bawang putih</li>
<li>2 sdm irisan bawang merah</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya</li>
<li>2 butir kemiri</li>
<li>1 sdm gula pasir</li>
<li>4 sdm air asam jawa</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cara Membuat :</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Cuci ikan sampai bersih, potong memanjang, ambil dagingnya saja, beri perasan air jeruk nipis dan garam, ratakan hingga meresap.</li>
<li>Campur daging ikan dengan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan, aduk rata, lalu bungkus dengan daun pisang.</li>
<li>Kukus hingga matang, angkat, kemudian dipanggang dibara api hingga agak kering dan wangi.</li>
<li>Hidangkan.</li>

<li>100 ml santan kental</li>
<li>1 butir telur ayam</li>
<li>daun pisang untuk membungkus</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cara Membuat :</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Campur teri dengan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan, irisan bawang merah, daun kunyit dan cabai merah, aduk, beri santan, aduk, masukkan telur ayam yang telah dikocok sebelumnya, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Bagi menjadi 8 bagian dan bungkus dengan daun pisang, kemudian kukus hingga matang selama <u>+</u> 30 menit, angkat.</li>
<li>Panggang dengan bara api atau oven hingga kering dan keluar aroma, angkat.</li>
