2 sdt ketumbar
3 lembar daun jeruk

<li>1 ruas lengkuas dimemarkan</li>
<li>Sedikit gula merah</li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal">Cara Membuat :</p>
<ol>
<li>Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, jintan, ketumbar, garam, gula dan lengkuas. Olesi daging dengan sebagian bumbu. Diamkan salama 30 menit.</li>
<li>Campur kelapa parut bersama sisa bumbu, telur, aduk rata. Tuang dalam kanji. Aduk sampai licin.</li>
<li>Masukkan daging dalam ampuran ini, dan goreng hingga kecoklatan.</li>

<li>Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, kemiri, garam, gula merah, dan asam. Rebus bumbu bersama daging dan kelapa parut dalam 200 cc air di atas api kecil. Tambahkan lengkuas, salam, serai, dan daun jeruk.</li>
<li>Kalau sudah kering tambahkan 3 sendok makan minyak goring, Masak sampai kelapa kuning.</li>
<li>Tambahkan 100 gr kacang goreng kedalamnya. Aduk sebentar lalu angkat.</li>

Cara Membuat :

<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></p>

<li>Rebus hati sapi, potong perseg</li>
<li>Haluskan cabai merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, dan lengkuas</li>
<li>Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, tambahkan kentang, hati sapi, lalu aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan bumbu2 yang lain.</li>
<li>Setelah matang, tambahkan cabai merah yang sudah digoreng, aduk rata.</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong> :</p>
<ol>
<li>Kuah : Rebus gula merah dan air, saring. Tambahkan daun pandan, garam, dan kanji, didihkan. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Isi : Blender kacang sangrai sampai halus, campur dengan wijen dan gula pasir. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Aduk singkong dan tepung ketan. Seduh dengan air mendidih sambil ditekan-tekan agar rata.</li>
<li>Setelah dingin tambahkan tepung kanji dan garam. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Ambil satu sendok teh adonan, pipihkan. Tambahkan isi. Bulatkan. Rebus dalam air mendidih sampai terapung. Angkat dan masukkan dalam kuah. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Saus : Campur dan rebus bahan saus sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.</li>
<li>Sajikan bola-bola singkong dengan pelengkap dan sausnya.</li>

<li>Aduk pisang kepok bersama kanji lalu bulatkan. Didalam bulatan taruh 2 potong nangka. Rebus dalam air mendidih sampai terapung. Angkat, lalu rendam dalam air dingin.</li>
<li>Rebus bahan kuah sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Angkat, lalu saring. Sajikan bola pisang bersama sari kelapa, dan potongan tapai. Siram dengan kuahnya.</li>

<li>50 ml air</li>
<li>1/2 sdm air asam2 sdm minyak untuk menumis</li>

<p><b>Bumbu :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>8 butir bawang merah</li>
<li>3 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>4 cabai merah</li>
<li>4 cm kunyit</li>
<li>3 cm jahe</li>

<p><b>Cara Membuat :</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Haluskan bumbu dengan blender. Lumuri ikan baronang dengan air jeruk dan garam. Diamkan 15 menit.</li>
<li>Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai harum.</li>
<li>Tambahkan ikan. Aduk sampai berbalut bumbu.</li>
<li>Tambahkan kecap manis, garam, merica, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan air dan air asam. Masak sampai kering, bakar.</li>
</ol>

<li>300 ml air</li>
<li>1/2 sdt maizena + 1/2 sdm air untuk mengentalkan</li>
<li>1 sdm minyak untuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cara Membuat :</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Rendam ikan dengan bumbu perendam. Diamkan 30 menit. Bakar ikan sampai matang.</li>
<li>Saus : Tumis bawang bombay, jahe, dan paprika sampai harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan saus teriyaki, kecap jepang, garam, gula, dan merica. Aduk rata. Tuang air dan kacang polong. Masak sampai mendidih. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena.</li>
<li>Sajikan ikan dengan sausnya.</li>
</ol>
<p>Untuk = 2 porsi</p>
<p><b>Saran Pakar</b> : Anda juga bisa membuat gurame bakar tanpa saus. Sajikan dengan sambal dan lalap.</p>
